Our Client, a Prestigious Services Provider firm is seeking to recruit Corporate Secretarial Executive / Assistant Manager.
Note: For Assistant Manager, must be able to guide junior corporate secretarial staff in their work.
Note: Incumbent must be willing to attend Board meetings and take minutes.
Location: Central Singapore
Job Summary:
Preparation of corporate secretarial documents, maintenance and updating of statutory registers and secretarial records, attending board/board committee meetings, handling of client billing and payments and other ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a portfolio of companies
- Preparing of resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders, and attending to any relevant follow up
- Timely lodgement of documents with ACRA, preparing/maintaining statutory records and computerized client database
- Providing client support through phone and email correspondence
- Complying with the clients’ standard operating procedures
- Performing any other ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma and/or Professional qualification such as CSIS or Professional certificate in chartered secretary will be an added advantage.
- At least 3 to 6 years of Corporate Secretarial experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work well as a team player
- Good understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act (will be an added advantage).
- Willingness and ability to learn and leverage on technology.
- Able to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle clients professionally.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team yet able to carry out tasks assigned independently.
