The Sales Support cum Executive Assistant to the General Manager plays a dual role in providing essential administrative support to the GM while facilitating sales operations. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient communication amongst teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Sales Support:
- Coordinate and assist in sales and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Division, including sales order processing, generating reports, and preparing quotations.
- Compile and manage tender documents for submission.
Communication and Liaison:
- Serve as a point of contact between the GM, Sales Division, and other departments.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance on internal workflows and processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze sales reports, presentations, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Conduct research and compile data for strategic initiatives.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- A university degree or equivalent in any discipline is required, preferably in a science-related field.
