In this position, your responsibilities shall include:
New Business & Retention
- Develops and acquires new business revenue from new and existing clients, assigned prospects in identified sectors or market areas.
- Identifies growth potential in new sectors, formulate sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives.
- Achieves individual and department sales goals to ensure company’s business goals including new revenue, profitability, retention objectives are met.
- Manage and execute the sales process from successful prospecting through point of sale and positioning the company’s service offerings to customers as solutions to meet customer’s requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, RFQs and tender documents to ensure that service offerings and SLAs meets customer’s requirements.
- Through visibility and active engagement, build positive relationships with prospective customers, appointed brokers, agencies, agents and business organizations.
- Generate consistent and continual stream of sales pipelines through visitations, direct solicitations, participation and networking at industry events.
- Submit consistent flow of qualified new business opportunities and achieve the required new business closing ratio targets.
Account Management
- Work closely with cross functional teams to execute account management action plans.
- Manage and promptly resolve customers’ queries, feedback and issues.
Other Related Activities
- Track and conduct monthly reviews of sales targets and take necessary action to close gaps to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Gather information, conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Participates in overall brand management, marketing communications, creatives and through the line activities.
Requirements
- Good sales track records with Third Party Administrator/Insurance Brokers/Agencies.
- Prior sales and accounts management experience in managed healthcare services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, interact well and reach out to at all levels within the organization while promoting a team environment,
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree qualified will be highly regarded, however, not essential.
