- responsible for preparation and cooking food products as per the defined SOPs in a timely manner.
- Supervise the kitchen assistants' work outputs on a daily basis (i.e. ingredient prep, packaging) and ensure that
workstations and cooking equipment are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipments and acceptance of spice fragrance.
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.

- Ensure the kitchen department runs smoothly and complies with safety regulations.
- Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Preparing menus, and monitoring staffs. performance, training new staffs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work late nights.
