Roles and Responsibilities
As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for administrative duties in the daily operations of the company. Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
- Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure good are delivered.
- Manage data entry such as issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice etc.
- Manage incoming phone calls and correspondences (i.e. e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Provide general administrative support, ensure good function of office facilities and equipment, and coordinate office activities to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
- Provide assistance and adhoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant. Entry level welcome to apply.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
- Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
