Roles and Responsibilities


As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for administrative duties in the daily operations of the company. Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Keep close track of inventory and ensure timely purchase of goods when required.
  • Process online orders daily and work with colleagues to ensure good are delivered.
  • Manage data entry such as issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice etc.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and correspondences (i.e. e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support, ensure good function of office facilities and equipment, and coordinate office activities to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
  • Provide assistance and adhoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant. Entry level welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task is a must.
  • Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
