Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all tool-install base contractors to execute equipment hookup for new tools, to meet the high-quality standards, dynamic schedule, and forecasted budget.
- Coordinate with the Project owner (NGTC/APM/SIC/FAB) to facilitate utility release as per the planned schedule and update tool release status timely
- The candidate will be required to perform electrical testing, test data analysis & automation across SiC power and RF/mmWave GaN devices.
- It will be a plus if the candidate has knowledge of instrumentation control using LabView and some other software like Python, C++ etc .
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with EHS-related regulations, risk assessment, safe work procedures, and permit-to-work system.
- Play an active role in safety, actively participating in safety discussions and safe work practices.
- Establish regular area walks to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and, efficiency
- Establish regular, working interaction with peers as well as vendors in tool installation & facilitation, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information.
- The candidate is required to have at least some basic semi- conductor knowledges of semi-conductor devices like P-N Junction, Diodes, CMOS etc.
- The candidate can be exposed to process and device design/simulation with commercial TCAD tools (e.g. Silvaco Victory Process and Victory Device, Sentaurus Process and Device, etc) as part of the learning development and eventually be working on wide bandgap devices team.
- Keep the reporting officer informed regarding the progress of assigned work and any abnormalities observed in your area.
- Demonstrate ability to understand drawing and highlighting discrepancies
- Follow area-specific procedures and documentation
- Prioritize work tasks to meet schedule and expectations, minimum guidance
- Perform tool tool-relativities and cleanroom systems troubleshooting during the hookup phase
- To perform equipment trouble-shooting of the equipments in FAB when the need arises
- To perform utility-on after installation completion and to work closely with LCAM for complete closure
- To perform tests balancing of exhaust for new tools whenever necessary
- To perform measures for tool consumption during the hookup phase and to work closely with LCAM
- Use methods to organize, calculate, and display data accurately for utility and flowrate measurement
- Perform site activities in accordance to the Discipline
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
- Strong communication, industry awareness, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated to succeed, a self-starter who is driven and able to work with others effectively to "get things done".
- Industry experience is a plus.
