Maintenance Technician @ Stalford Education Group

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Provide technical assistance to teachers during classroom lessons.
• Laboratory Support: Assist teachers with technical requirements during science laboratory lessons.
• Examination Support: Provide technical assistance to teachers during exams and oversee exam invigilation.
• Facilities Maintenance: Carry out periodic and corrective maintenance of school facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Cleaning Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the cleaning activities, ensuring adherence to cleaning schedules and standards and maintain environmental sanitation records.
• Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of all areas by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning restrooms, managing toiletries supplies, and ensuring daily trash removal.

Requirements:

• A recognised certificate in a relevant field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a school environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
