Job Description:
- To prepare and update daily job measurement sheet (JMS)
- Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification
- Source for contractors / sub-contractors for a quotation and price comparisons
- To perform measurement and cost breakdown
- Project administration and documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or relevant field
- Min 2 years experience in road work construction/ civil engineering sector
- Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure
