Responsibilities:
- Handle fresh ingredients, ensuring they meet the high standards as per required.
- Prepare items based on section allocated.
- Help craft beautiful dishes, from starters to desserts, that customers love.
- Ensuring dishes are prepared in accordance to recipe, standards and quality.
- Showcase different cooking techniques required by the dish.
- Make sure your station is spotless and equipment is clean.
- Respect common work area, and practice clean as you go.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure each dish is prepared perfectly and on time.
- Maintain stock levels and ensure everything runs smoothly for the next shift.
- Daily stock taking and ordering is required
- Do proper handover for next shift or next day opening.
