Responsiblities
‒ Provide outstanding customer service to the customers
‒ Manage service crew ( hiring, training, re-training, staff wellfare )
‒ Handle customer complaints and do service recovery
‒ Report opertional issues to the management on a daily basis
‒ Check and ensure that food & drinks are served in order
‒ Supervisie and oversee operations ( environment, Aircon, and music volume)
‒ Ensure that floor area are always keep it clean, organised and neat.
Cafe Operation hours
‒ 9am to 11pm ( Mon-Sat ) / 12pm to 10pm ( Sun )
‒ Open Public holidays ( 12pm to 10pm )
Shift-work Schedule
‒ 9am - 9pm shift, including 1-hour break
‒ 5 days per week
‒ Sunday & PHs are need to work.
Remuneration and Benefits table
‒ Salary range : $3,500-$4,000
‒ Meal Allowance per month & One (1) Staff drink per working day
‒ Employee Discount
‒ Annual Bonus up to ( upon confirmation / payout in December )
