Responsibilities:
- Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality, and guide them effectively, whether they are dining in, picking up an order, or making inquiries.
- Maintains the cash register and surrounding areas in impeccable order, ensuring all equipment is cleaned, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards to support smooth daily operations.
- Addresses customer concerns by engaging the Floor Manager or Cafè Manager, ensuring swift and appropriate resolutions based on the nature of the issue and the customer’s profile (e.g., VIPs, regulars).
- Manages phone and e-mail correspondence professionally, handling customer inquiries, order-taking, and reservations with accuracy and promptness.
- Participates in regular checks to uphold the café's image, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas, particularly the pastry section, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Strictly follows company guidelines on uniform care and personal grooming to ensure a polished and professional appearance that aligns with the brand's image.
