Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable function and handle full set of accounts.
- Assist in the supervision of Accounts staff in the day-to-day accounting functions and activities
- Assist in overseeing the timely closing processes and generation of monthly financial reports, for management review
- Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation, and audit schedules
- Prepare GST returns and submissions
- Oversee the management of Fixed Assets
- Assist the Finance Manager with the annual audit process
- Assist the Finance Manager in liaising with the Banks on banking related matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in Accountancy/ACCA graduate or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of experiences in an Accountant position or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Meticulous with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Possess good interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
- People person with good organizational skills
