Assistant Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities


  • Assist the Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable function and handle full set of accounts.
  • Assist in the supervision of Accounts staff in the day-to-day accounting functions and activities
  • Assist in overseeing the timely closing processes and generation of monthly financial reports, for management review
  • Prepare monthly Bank reconciliation, and audit schedules
  • Prepare GST returns and submissions
  • Oversee the management of Fixed Assets
  • Assist the Finance Manager with the annual audit process
  • Assist the Finance Manager in liaising with the Banks on banking related matters
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager


Pre-requisites:


  • Degree in Accountancy/ACCA graduate or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experiences in an Accountant position or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
  • People person with good organizational skills
