Responsiblities
‒ Cook current food menu, preparing all ingredients with stable quality
‒ Attending all team meeting and Participating in job training
‒ Follow process, and standards set by Chef
‒ Follows existing recipes, Portion controls, and presenting food and dessert along with specification
‒ Maintain the highest quality, and be consistant to upkeep its standard.
‒ Provide assistance to the Chef
‒ Maintenance, cleaning equipment and tools / Ensuring the stock is up to date
Kitchen Operation hours
‒ Kitchen Operation hours: 9am to 9pm / 7 days per week
‒ Open Kitchen on Sundays, and Public holidays
Shift-work Schedule
‒ 45 hours per week including 1-hour meal break ( 12pm - 9pm shift )
‒ 5 days per week, shift work schedule arranged by Head Chef
‒ Sunday & PH, working shift assigned by Head Chef
Remuneration and Benefits table
‒ Salary range : $2,000-$2,500
‒ Meal Allowance & One (1) Staff drink per working day
