Responsiblities
‒ Roasting coffee bean, Brewing coffee and tea with stable quality
‒ Attending all team meeting and Participating in job training
‒ Making all beverage menu, and Preparing all beverage related ingredient
‒ Follows existing recipes, Portion controls, and Presentating beverages along with specifications
‒ Maintain the highest quality, consistent cleaning beverage work station
‒ Provide support to other teams according to the team lead assignment
- Maintenance, cleaning equipment and tools / Ensuring the stock is up to date
Cafe Operation hours
‒ 9am to 11pm ( Mon-Sat ) / 12pm to 10pm ( Sun )
‒ Open Public holidays ( 12pm to 10pm )
Shift-work Schedule
‒ 45 hours per week including 1-hour meal break ( 11am - 9pm shift )
‒ 5 days per week, shift work schedule arranged by Team Leader
‒ Sunday & PH, working shift assigned by Team Leader
Remuneration and Benefits table
‒ Salary range : $2,000-$2,500
