Roles and Responsibilities
· Handle daily administrative HR duties
· Provide support in recruitment processes e.g. posting job ads on job boards, careers pages and social networks; screening resumes and application forms; as well as scheduling interviews with candidates
· Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
· Organise and file documents
· Payroll computation and submission of CPF contribution
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Pursuing a diploma or equivalent
· Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated, collaborative and strong focus on service delivery, quality and efficiency
