Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
1) Stakeholder/Partnership Management
Assist the Board and Secretary General in administrative matters pertaining to the management and engagement of stakeholders / partners.
2) Event Management
Facilitate and assist with Paralympic outreach and education events, as well as SNPC events and recruitment and management of volunteers (including partner volunteers) and event contractors.
3) Games Operations
Provide admin and Games (pre, during and post game) operational support to the Games Selection Committee, the Chef de Mission and the Games secretariat.
4) Daily Operations
Provide administrative support to the Board and the Secretary General in the secretariat function for board meetings and in the day-to-day operation of the office.
5) Assist / Attend to any other tasks that may be assigned by the SNPC Board and/or the Secretary General as and when necessary.
Experience and Requirements:
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
- Diploma / Degree specializing in Sport/Sport Management/Event Management, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience
- Admin and event management / operations experience would be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dynamic and passionate about contributing to disability sport development & sporting opportunities
- A keen interest and active participation in sports will be advantageous
- Demonstrate integrity, accountability and results-driven work style
- Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary (especially when events are held outside office hours). Time off in lieu will be provided
- Ability to travel internationally when required
