The primary role of the In-House IT, Manager is to provide support to the Executive Director and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, friendly, approachable, people management skill, good team player, meticulous and detail oriented.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all Information Technology (IT) and computer systems of the Company
- Coordinate and assist in day-to-day general IT support
- Establish, identify and define IT goals and roadmap
- Oversee troubleshooting, systems backup, archive, disaster recovery and provide expert/hands on support when necessary
- Conduct regular security inspections and due diligence checks
- Coordinate, plan and implement data, software and hardware protection
- Implement network security measures
- Manage and keep track of all cloud and physical servers, MS Office, Gmail and Slack, etc
- Recommend and implement software to assist with employees’ work efficiencies
- Setup Corporate email account and administration (Exchange Server, Outlook)
- Procure all IT equipment including laptops, monitors, IT accessories etc
- Assist in ad-hoc IT duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or Software Engineering
- Possess at least 3 to 5 years of prior experience in related field
- Able to demonstrate problem-solving and solution development skills to both technical and non-technical users
- Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Office365 system administration and network infrastructure management
- Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies would be an advantage
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
- Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail oriented
- Able to work independently
