Job Responsibilities:
- increased awareness of trading platform both web and mobile at roadshows/ branch/ virtual zoom through system demostration. Be competent when navigating customers through website. Be ready to attend to customers at their homes or office premises. Be proficient in the types of services offered such as Cash Trading Account, Margin, ProsperUs, Bonds, CFDs, iCash and Cash Upfront. Be able to explain the marketing promotions and how customers can benefit. Assist in account opening. Uphold CGS-CIMB brand with integrity when in public areas. Be punctual and present at designated roadshows/ branch.
- Attending customer queries. Work with Digital Channel & ProsperUs team to provide them with customer feedback such as website usability/feature enhancements. Manage complaints where possible. Escalate issues when necessary. Provide customers with information when requested at any point during account opening or after customer's account has been set up. Always maintain customer stickiness. Keep abreast of industry developments and offerings by competitors.
- Maintain efficient and fast customer service on customer's enquiries through Whatsapp, desk phone and email channel to build close relationship with customers. And work closely with the MPS team to bring the House Team to the next level.
- Manage front desk duties at branch on a daily basic and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task. Welcoming customers and attend to all queries from customers including help to do account opening for mandarin speaking customers and platform assistance.
- Achieving agreed targets set by manager
- Task to service a group of high networth china customers by attending to all queries via Wechat and bring in new customers.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant experience
- Able to speak fluent English & Mandarin to liaise with our Mandarin clients
- Posses active listening, communication skills
- Interpersonal, problem solving, time & stress management skills
- Sense of accountability
- Good attitude and positive character
