Duties and responsibilities:
· Support for full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, organization development and employee relations
· Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies support for reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies
· Accountable for upkeep of employee handbook
· Manage HR administration, such as letters of employment and all other HR related letters
· Process applications & renew all staff permit
· Handle employees’ queries, disciplinary and grievance issues.
· Oversee foreign workers employment matters and issues
· Support preparation and submission of monthly, yearly and ad hoc project costing reports and internal/external HR related surveys
· Verification of frontline attendance and ensure leave application has been accounted for
· Responsible for monthly payroll matters including CPF submission yearly preparation and submission of IR8A
· Perform application or renewal of mandatory courses including Coretrade
· Responsible for employee claim matters
· Manage and administer medical and insurance programs
· Upkeep factory equipment maintenance record and renew licenses
· Purchase stationary and take care of office assets
· Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirement:
· Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
· At least 2 to 4 years of relevant HR experiences in the construction industry
· Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to provide solutions to problems
· Able to start work immediately or short notice preferred
