Job Title: SAP EC Payroll Consultant

Location: Singapore/China (Remote/Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP EC Payroll Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP EC Payroll solutions for clients across Singapore and China. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and SAP EC Payroll functionality, coupled with the ability to integrate payroll with other HR and financial systems. You will work closely with clients, conducting business process analysis, configuring payroll settings, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EC Payroll Implementation: Manage and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP EC Payroll for various clients.
  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client payroll needs and map them to the EC Payroll system for optimal solutions.
  • Payroll Configuration: Configure EC Payroll for payroll elements including deductions, contributions, and allowances specific to client needs.
  • Systems Integration: Integrate EC Payroll with other HR and financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop detailed test plans and perform comprehensive testing to validate payroll processing accuracy and system performance.
  • Client Training: Provide in-depth training to client personnel on the usage and functionality of EC Payroll.
  • Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support to clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Compliance & Updates: Stay informed about SAP EC Payroll updates, legislative changes, and compliance requirements in Singapore and China.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation on payroll processes and configurations to ensure effective knowledge transfer and continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP EC Payroll Consultant, with hands-on experience in payroll implementations.
  • Payroll Expertise: Strong understanding of payroll processes, especially in Singapore, with knowledge of legislative requirements.
  • SAP HCM/SuccessFactors: Prior experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex payroll concepts to clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Up-to-date with legislative changes in payroll processes for Singapore and China.
