Alumni Services are looking Delivery Programme Director, with a background in Cyber Security. The Role will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large scale, complex ERP programmes for clients in the Shipping and Logistics sectors. Experience should cover areas including but not limited to Finance, HR, IT and shared services.

This role requires a strong background combining programme and project management with multi vendor ERP solution.


The suitable candidate must have over 10 years experience managing complex, multi-stream ERP programmes at Director level, including oversight of multiple on/offshore teams and senior complex stakeholder management. 90% travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and oversee multiple ERP projects as part of a wider programme.

· Define programme scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client outcomes.

· Ensure the delivery of high-quality business outcomes that meet end user and business requirements.

· Implement and enforce delivery best practices and quality standards.

· Lead a team to develop and maintain programme level controls across a multi vendor and multi geo programme.

· Oversee and manage changes to programme scope and objectives.

· Assess the impact of changes and adjust programme plans accordingly.

· Act as the primary point of contact for all programme-related matters.

· Communicate programme status, issues, and risks to senior management and executive stakeholders.

· Facilitate regular meetings/ceremonies to ensure alignment between cross-functional teams.

· Coordinate with project managers, scrum masters and business line teams to allocate resources effectively.

· Identify potential risks and issues early in the programme and develop risk mitigation plans.


Qualifications

· 10+ years proven experience as a Programme Manager in complex IT solution delivery, and cyber security.

· Strong understanding of different delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Demonstrated experience in managing a programme with stakeholders and team members across multiple geographies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in Agile based delivery, Scaled Agile delivery would be preferred.

· PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification.
