Job Description:
Identify and develop business opportunities
· Proactively hunt for target organisations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our company’s services.
· Responsible for client based and client relationship
· Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation, credentials pitch, asking questions, solution pitch, negotiation, close and follow-up.
· Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery of our services
· Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following procedure.
· Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
· Build referral and lead generation network.
· Follow up all leads generated from telemarketing, networking sessions, door to door and other events/ contacts.
· Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
· Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs set
· Distribute job orders to other consultants for collaboration for job closure
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
