Job Description:
- In Charge of managing the Key accounts and provide after sales services
- Responsible to explore and develop customers in the assigned field of composites business and closely work with BD team on the portfolio transformation projects.
- In charge of advising and reporting the business and customers’ development to the management
- Responsible for managing and delivering Sales strategy and activities to grow and improve business results.
- Taking charge of managing the customers in Apac Region
- Taking the lead by having an intimate business insight and knowledge of customers, their businesses, what is necessary for the customer to be successful, and the differential value that our current and future products, programs and deliver to the customers.
- Responsible for analyzing market, competition and customer situation to find the opportunity to grow the sales
- In Charge of setting up regional team at a proper timing and lead team to reach more achievements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering / Business Management or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in chemical industry, with experience in Composites and the downstream industry
- Experience in negotiating complex deals with various functional people to reach an expected sales model
