Overview and purpose of the position
The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.
- To facilitate and create a smooth and seamless process to enrol eligible residents on Healthier SG
- To effectively communicate and convey the mission, vision and its benefits of Healthier SG
- To render assistance in residents in resetting of Singpass
- To educate and assist residents with the successful on boarding to Health 365 and Health Hub App
- On-board residents who are Non-adopter to H365 Lite
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Validate individual’s incentive who completed their 1st Health Plan Consultation
- Diploma/degree in any discipline, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
- At least 3 – 6 years of working experiences, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Confident and comfortable to work with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Possess strong and effective organization skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, both in indoor and outdoor operational environments.
- Meet vaccination requirements mandatory by law to work in Public Health Institutions (PHI).
