Summary:
Program Management - Project Management is responsible for managing significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, etc.), and includes business systems analysis or technical writing. Activities require a broad knowledge of the organization and its key functions. The Project Management focus specializes in the management of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures, etc.). Typically works on multi-disciplinary projects, and requires a broad knowledge of the firm and its functions. The Technology function is responsible for activities related to the strategic direction and control of all information systems and technology capabilities, both internally and externally. Includes system design and programming, network planning, budget planning, database management, and computer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Acts as a trusted advisor for business for all new business demands requiring technology or operations enablement / solution Manage project stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Manage relationships with stakeholders Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment.
Project Management
Responsible for the overall delivery of the project (Quality, Scope, Budget) Develop and execute the Overall Project Plan Module/project delivery in strategic programs
Scope Management
Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work b. Review and assess changes and impact to timeline & cost c. Ensure all changes are approved by Project Steering Committee
Project Governance
Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project by investment committee. Coordinate preparation of project plan Organise and facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings, chair Working level meetings
Risk and Issue Management
a. Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issues
b. Track risk aging c. Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
Implementation Management
Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations, regulators, etc., and co-ordinate execution by respective owners
Process Adherence
a. Partner with stakeholders in ensuring IT Governance is followed throughout the project life cycle 8. Project Reporting a. Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work
· Experience Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
· Experience in banking, PDPA Singapore, Personally Identifiable Information Protection, and regulatory projects is mandatory
· 12 to 15 years of IT work experience, including 8 - 10 years in managing complex projects at enterprise level with cross domain dependenciescross domain dependencies - - -
· Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions
· Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies, resource management practices and change management techniques
· Strong and proven Stakeholder Management skills, problem solving skills and can-do attitude
· Experience in working with a large number of stakeholders from multiple functions (business users, system owners and operations users)
· Ability to quickly pick up and undertake necessary steps to fulfil internal procedures/processes in accordance with compliance and governance framework
· Strong capabilities in producing project reporting to various Project Working Group and Project Steering Committee forums
