Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS + VB (2 months)
Working Location: 8 Pandan Avenue, Singapore 609384 (Clementi MRT)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Procurement/Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as Purchaser / Procurement in an Aerospace MRO environment.
Job Duties:
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess supplier performance, support audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor overall supply chain performance (quality, cost, delivery) and optimize costs while ensuring supply continuity.
- Make or Buy Decisions: Drive the decision-making process for sourcing options; assist in developing and approving specifications for bids.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Manage and coordinate relationships with suppliers, particularly strategic and bottleneck suppliers, including performance and claims.
- Contract Negotiation: Engage in negotiations regarding contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Capability and Sourcing Needs: Identify and evaluate future sourcing needs, focusing on vendor sourcing and supplier development aligned with company strategy.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all supply chain and procurement activities adhere to company policies, processes, and governance.
- Purchase-to-Payment Process: Establish and lead a robust purchase-to-payment process, ensuring compliance.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Propose and support continuous improvement projects.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor spending against budgets, assess market conditions and merchandise costs, and provide regular or ad-hoc reports.
