About the Client:
Our client is a global leader in the industrial automation sector, specializing in innovative solutions for high-precision manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales promotion strategies for Komax products.
● Drive sales growth by optimizing resources and executing market strategies for Komax and
partner products.
● Manage and maintain customer relationships within the assigned area.
● Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed.
● Meet sales targets set by management.
● Provide technical support to channel partners as needed.
● Gather and report market and competitor insights monthly.
● Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver top-notch service.
● Ensure compliance with the company's Code of Conduct.
● Decision-Making Authority: Approve discounts following global guidelines, Initiate, monitor, and
adjust sales plans within the budget & Maintain data quality and update CRM records.
Requirements:
● Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
● Additional qualifications in sales or business administration are preferred.
● Over 5 years of sales experience in a multinational industrial environment, with at least 3 years
in sales management.
● Knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and software is a plus.
● Team leadership.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
● Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus.
● Build and maintain a responsive sales network.
● Update and manage customer and competitor data effectively.
● Meeting sales and revenue targets.
● Maintaining high-quality reporting and CRM data.
● Adherence to compliance and company standards.
● Effective management of customer complaints.
