The Investor Solutions Group (ISG) is a global team of professionals who are ultimately responsible for capital raising and managing ongoing relationships with our investors (LPs). The team operates collaboratively and is broadly structured in to two areas:
- Relationship Managers are primarily responsible for fundraising, generating new LP relationships and widening and deepening existing relations in the region. Our LPs are mainly institutional investors such as sovereign wealth funds, public pensions, endowments, foundations, trusts, and family offices. The sales team actively market and nurture relationships through providing relevant insight, thought leadership and investment solutions.
- Product Specialists provide sales support (DDQs, PPMs, marketing collateral etc) and regular fund / investment reporting / updates and broader client servicing to our LPs. This includes bespoke project management resource for fund launches and market insights supported through our Macro research team, streetview.
To support our growth plans there is now a requirement to hire an Associate into our ISG team that will work alongside and support the Asia Relationship Managers and be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive)
- Researching, organizing and tracking data, sales leads, and other information on institutional investors, leveraging third party sources such as Preqin, PitchBook, LinkedIn, public plan websites and Actis’ internal CRM, to support ISG’s efforts to deepen its knowledge of institutional investment programs and to prioritize prospective investors and to prioritize prospective investors
- Maintaining and utilizing the DealCloud CRM system
- Supporting fundraising roadshow management
- Responding to investor queries
- Working closely with the Product Specialist Team to ensure investor requests and deliverables are delivered on time, with the utmost accuracy, and presented in a manner that is legible and meaningful for the end-user
- Assisting in the preparation of materials relevant to fundraising and investor relations, particularly ad-hoc requests and projects for specific investors
- Aiding in the development and planning of investor events – Supporting ISG’s overall data analytics efforts
- Preparing investor briefing notes in advance of meetings
- Coordinate with internal ISG and Investment teams to ensure preparation of marketing materials that optimally position Actis funds for all external communication

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of real asset (infrastructure and real estate) investment themes and sectors would be desired, as would be the awareness of how sustainability can positively impact investment returns
- A good understanding of how private equity works its philosophy, disciplines and value orientation
- Mature research skills with the ability to successfully network and “open doors” in a professional manner
- Can demonstrate working collaboratively with others to enhance client experience and organisation branding
