Job Responsibility :
- Develops, coordinates, guides and maintains REO strategic and operational plans in support of company vision, mission, values, and site objectives & targets.
- Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers. Reviews objectives to determine success of operation. Involves in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.
- Ensures the efficient of operation of REO function in management of company facilities and support services, while maintaining a workplace that contributes to employees productivity, well-being and is secure and environmental safe.
- Develops and maintains the annual operating and capital budgets for sites operations in consistent with company financial plan and guidelines.
- Develops and maintains an appropriate organization structure capable of supporting and providing a safe, efficient and effective workplace.
- Ensures appropriate training and development programs for REO organization are in place to attract, retain and develop the key personnel required to support real estate operations services.
- Ensures that site operates according to company’s standards, external accrediting standards, and legal requirements.
Authority :
- Makes own functional decision for global org under the guidance of VP CREW .
- Authorize global FE&M organization and assign leaders. Supervises and manages activities of four or direct reports who exercise full supervision in terms of cost, planning, execution, control, and staffing.
- Authorize resources and spending for Real Estate Operations.
Reviews regular activities performance based on the criteria determined as REO function objectives. - Evaluates and approves employee performance as well as salary increase and award under REO organization.
- Reviews, approves and/or concurs concerned issues, reports and others of program in accordance with site Delegation of
- Authority (DOA) and in compliance with company’s code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in management level in departments dealing with Real Estate Operations. 3 Years or more of direct management of a department under REO organization is preferred.
- Fluent communication & negotiation in Native and English language.
