Location: Bedok / Eunos
Working Hours: Monday to Fridays: 7:30am to 1:30pm
Salary: $2000 per month
Contract: Jan - Nov 2025
- Organize and maintain science laboratories, ensuring the environments are safe, clean, and conducive for teaching and learning.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, facilitating smooth passage of safety inspections.
- Prepare and arrange equipment and resources before lessons.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, monitor supply levels, and ensure necessary materials are available.
- Assist teachers and students during science lessons with equipment setup and technical advice, where necessary.
- Provide support in handling specialized equipment like microscopes and data loggers, where necessary.
- Manage procurement processes by liaising with vendors via emails, obtaining quotations, and making purchases for lab equipment and materials.
- Relieve teachers of administrative duties by managing laboratory-related paperwork and organizing resources.
- Assist in administrative duties for Science Competitions and other Science related activities, where required.
- Assist teachers during hands-on to address the needs of students, providing extra support, when required.
- Assist teachers during hands-on to ensure the safety and success of science lessons, when required.
- Assist in checking the safety and cleanliness of the selected areas in the garden that supports Science learning.
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only
- O level and above
- Experience working in a Primary/ Secondary school environment as a Sc Lab staff for the past 2 years
