Leave & Benefits Administration
• Manage all employees’ leave and benefits matters, ensuring compliance with the University’s policies as well as employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless coordination of leave and benefits administration.
• Provide advice and guidance to employees regarding leave and benefits matters, accurately and timely within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze leave and benefits data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Attend to queries or feedback from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Process the monthly awards
Relationship Management/Customer Relations
• Work with colleagues within Shared Services to ensure seamless HR end-to-end processes.
• Work with and develop business relationship with all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, employees, colleagues
