Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout of application systems for digital transformation.
- Update stakeholders, including senior management, on project status and risks.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
- Guide and motivate project teams, including IT staff and business analysts.
- Define project goals and deliverables that align with company objectives.
- Create detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate resources and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Help develop and implement project plans that support business goals.
- Set performance metrics to meet business and regulatory needs.
- Oversee external vendors to ensure they meet service levels.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors; present to senior management.
- Lead technical reviews and troubleshoot system issues.
- Ensure business systems are reliable and respond quickly to problems.
- Manage budget, contract renewals, and technology planning for the team.
- Assist with regulatory audits for gaming systems.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Cloud teams for proper system support.
- Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or similar.
- PMP and Scrum Master certified
- Experience in designing and implementing complex applications.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and IT application best practices.
- Familiarity with modern application development processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and develop policies.
- Strong communication skills, especially with senior management.
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with custom IT application systems.
