Duration: 6 months contract to perm
Location: Pioneer
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
Salary Range: $3500 to $4000
Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial & administrative support
• Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans
• Assist with the submission of reimbursement claims, overseas travel requests, and the collation of supporting documents to ensure such requests are processed duly and timely
• Making travel reservations, including booking of air tickets, accommodation, conference rooms, facilities etc.
• Assist in the preparation of various documents and correspondences i.e. letters, email, reports, meeting minutes etc.
• Establish and maintain an excellent filing system which includes filing of policy, confidential documents, project related documents which may be highly confidential
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma in Admin/Secretarial/Management/Business or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experience in administration/secretarial work. Experience in an academic institution of learning is a bonus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications
