Job Description:
Accurately compound repeat flavors within deadlines.
Coordinate with the Flavorist and Regulatory Affairs to ensure samples meet standards.
Request raw materials from production/warehouse and suppliers for compounding.
Ensure proper storage of lab raw materials for quality and safety.
Prepare and submit reference samples to Quality Control.
Maintain a list of standard samples, including for the flavor bank/library.
Keep the Sample Lab clean and safe, including cleaning lab equipment after use.
Perform additional related duties as needed.
Follow and support all quality, safety, and environmental procedures and legal requirements.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Food Sciences / Sciences or similar
