Requirements:
- Preferably at least >5 years related experience as Workshop Controller/Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Organize and allocate work to technicians based on their skill levels and the complexity of the jobs.
- Oversee the progress of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
- Inspect completed jobs to ensure work is carried out to high standards and meets safety regulations.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure required parts are ordered, stocked, and available for jobs.
- Provide support and guidance to the workshop staff, ensuring smooth communication and effective teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used for each job.
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to in the workshop environment.
