Roles & Responsibilities
Ø Supervise and ensure the smooth running of the operations
Ø Provide on the job training and coach staff to meet the contractual requirements
Ø Ensure environment and premises are maintained at high hygiene standards
Ø To ensure all works carried out by Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
Ø To ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carry as per schedule
Ø Responsible to inspect job site for proper cleaning
Ø Resolve on-site operational issues
Ø Assist in budget planning for cleaning operations
Ø Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
Ø Preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedules has been enforced and followed up accordingly
Ø Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning)
Ø Recruiting of manpower for projects
Ø Stocktake and allocating of equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites
Ø Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations
Ø Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
Ø Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff
Ø Guide teams to respond to major incidents/emergencies and reporting it to the management
Ø Possess Class '3' driving license
Ø Other work duties assigned by Operation Manager
Job Requirement:
ü Preferably with 2 years’ experience in related fields
ü Team player, good problem-solving and decision-making skills
ü Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
ü Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
ü Organised, responsive and resourceful
ü 6 Days work week
