Founded in 2015, INCITIAS’ engineers have collaborated within the energy and maritime industries globally in over 28 countries and on more than 60 energy transition projects to date. Over the last two years we have seen significant increase in the number of projects in generation, storage and transportation of hydrogen and green ammonia. Now we are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our presence in renewables and our position as technology integrator and provider of original equipment to the energy and marine offshore industry.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Project Engineer with hands-on experience in mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering, and a solid track record in managing OEM equipment design projects, looking to move up to a leadership role. This role will focus on projects in the marine, offshore, and energy sectors, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Main Duties and/or Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver OEM equipment designs and solutions for marine, offshore, and energy sectors.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, including planning, design, procurement, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely decision-making.
- Review, monitor and control project progress, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies in accordance to contract obligations.
- Ensure all projects meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee budget control throughout the project and manage the change order process.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, utilizing tools like SolidWorks, to ensure the accurate design of complex equipment.
- Provide technical input and guidance during design, manufacturing, and installation phases.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Travel to client and project locations will be required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification would be preferred but not mandatory.
- SolidWorks or similar experience
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Engineer in mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
- Strong experience with OEM equipment design.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and other relevant design software.
- Proven experience in managing projects in marine, offshore, or energy sectors.
- Experience working with regulatory standards and certifications in the marine and offshore industries.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
