Job Description
- Responsible for the daily cleaning operations of the site(s)
- Managing a team of Operations Executives and Supervisors
- Planning and scheduling for all Operations Executives and Supervisors
- Liaise with client on the service/cleaning standards
- Ensuring quality assurance for cleaning projects
- Report progress and advancement to Head of Operations
- To plan recruitment drives
- Other work duties assigned by HOO
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the cleaning industry
- Fluent spoken and written English
- PC literate at an advantage
- Possess Class '3' driving license
- With a positive attitude and experience in staff management
- Customer-oriented
- In good physical health
