- Provide administrative support to executives and team members
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or directing as appropriate.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
