Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive/Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and fostering customer engagement across various channels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll utilize your expertise to monitor consumer behaviour trends, generate creative ideas, and develop effective marketing strategies. Your passion for the "art" of marketing will drive the organization of creative campaigns and promotional events, strengthening our reputation and facilitating continuous business growth. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor target consumer requirements, habits, and trends, alongside competitors' market initiatives.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies.
- Identify, develop, and execute affiliate marketing opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Maintain up-to-date content and ensure a positive user experience on our ecommerce websites and digital media platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, print, and retail merchandising.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to produce marketing collaterals and oversee campaign execution.
- Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, including retail point-of-sales materials, traditional and digital media content, PR publicity, and advertising collaterals.
- Liaise internally and with external vendors to execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience preferred, with exposure to FMCG, Retail, or F&B industries.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and ecommerce.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with knowledge of video and photo editing software preferred.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
