Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Creative and Marketing Executive to join an award winning fintech organisation to help grow our brand's influence and achieve our marketing objectives to support the business regionally. In this role, you will be a member of the sales and marketing team and will assist in all aspects of our marketing operations. You should have some experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media engagement and management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Digital platform management – website, social media accounts
- Design marketing assets (digital ads, social media, print) using Adobe Suite and Figma
- Create motion graphics and video content for campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (Decks, Brochure, LinkedIn, etc)
- Collaborate with teams on product launches and promotions
- Understand project brief and convert content into appealing and engaging interfaces, layout and online content design
- Create copy in different writing styles for various channels: blog, Press Release, website, video scripts, with the goal of educating, exciting, and inspiring our global audience and attracting new fans to our platform.
- Research topics, such as specific industries and technologies, and utilize available resources to create copy that speaks authentically to the audiences.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into content needs.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Arts, or Marketing is preferred
- A Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierPro) and Figma
- Strong design skills and a solid portfolio
- Excellent writing and research skills, strong attention to detail
