The opportunity:
The Adobe APJ Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE) is looking for an Executive Marketing Manager to manage and expand our C-suite engagement program within key accounts.
Reporting to the APJ Head of Executive and Experience Marketing, the ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering innovative and compelling executive programs that excite and delight Adobe’s senior decision-maker ecosystem, while forging long-term C-Suite relationships to drive pipeline progression and close.
The successful candidate will work cross functionally across APJ leadership, field marketing, digital, communications, sales and customer success in developing the plan. You will possess a talent for establishing relationships, collaborating with regional stakeholders, and influencing at the most senior levels. With excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, you will own and execute the executive engagement strategy and associated programs for the APJ Digital Experience business.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead executive engagement strategy and execute program against key accounts in APJ, in collaboration with sales leadership & extended stakeholders
- Serve as a primary contact and “connector” between Adobe Executive Team, Field Marketing and Sales Leadership, building and maintaining relationships
- Maintain ongoing insight generation for the executive audience to understand their priorities and business challenges, and share insights regularly with key stakeholder groups
- Determine, deliver and manage the content strategy of internal and customer-ready program communications, collaborating with channel specialists within the team and maintaining a high level of output quality
- Project manage high quality strategic programs and activations on time and within budget.
- Regularly review key marketing metrics related to the events with Sales and Marketing leaders, ensuring program components are efficiently measured and developing action plans to address gaps.
Qualifications:
- Track record of B2B expertise and experience in executive audience engagement
- Excellent creative judgement and a data driven mindset. Copywriting skills are a bonus.
- The ability to make a difference and to continue to lead change in our go-to-market approach
- A clear point of view and ability to present data and insights convincingly to executives, partners and customers
- Competency at communication and influencing a matrixed organisation, working with the most senior levels of our management team
- Strong commercial acumen along with analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and to work independently and within a team in an always evolving industry
- Experience working with agencies, vendor management and purchasing/procurement
