Responsibilities:
- Guide sales in the qualification of customer needs
- Solution demonstrations, both standard and tailored to suspects and prospects
- Providing technological guidance to new and potential customers e.g. Proof of Concepts and workshops
- Responding in writing to customer requirements
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
- Working with sales on the execution of specific sales strategies
- Meeting customers and delivering solution centric presentations
- Boost sales efforts with in-depth product and business expertise
- Prepare the bid review validation process
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Digital payment solutions, services offerings and methodologies
- Work closely with sales in order to win new deals.
- Take the lead for a comprehensive solution offering.
- Pitch and guide customers in adopting digital payment solution.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Solution sales or similar
- Proficient in banking payment ecosystem with preferably experience with Networks (Visa, Mastercard, JCB…) or processors.
- Able to discuss and define strategies to deploy Digital issuance and digital payment processing by suggesting suitable implementation to prospects and customers.
- Strong understanding of the payment echo-system and Networks strategy.
- Proficient in the various related technologies such as EMV-Tokenization, payment processing, acquiring, digital issuance or mobile payment.
- Experience in managing clients in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
