You will be part of a dynamic team in Automation Technologies, enabling process automation development to assist the bank to achieve greater efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into business process automation application requirements in PDD;
- Define, manage and maintain the scope Robotic Process Automation applications;
- Suitability assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment for new and enhancement of process automation;
- Participate in the development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code in Robotic Automation Tool (i.e.UiPath);
- Participate in issue identification, including tracking, fixing ROFs;
- Development and testing of RPA process workflows components and solutions, ensuring quality assurance of RPA codes and maintenance of RPA code;
- Create and maintain process, technical documentation and other document required as per the bank SDLC when applicable;
- Create and maintain relevant documents to support development and RPA training when applicable;
- Perform code review of process automation and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality of code.
Requirements:
- A good degree with at least 3 years’ experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development;
- Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, BluePrism);
- Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements;
- Good problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including SIT, UAT and bug fixes;
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to think out of the box; Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic;
- Good vision with ability to consider both business and technology implications of RPA technology.
