What you'll do:


As a Channel Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's presence in Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, and China. You will be responsible for identifying trends in rapidly developing Coffee and Tea applications and guiding the development of innovative applications for these products. Your role will also involve determining the relevant product portfolio and initiating product innovation to stay ahead in the market. You will provide input for marketing communication initiatives and create visibility in the market through various channels. A key part of your role will be to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging consumer preferences in Coffee and Tea applications.
  • Guide the development of innovative applications for Coffee and Tea products.
  • Determine and optimise the relevant product portfolio.
  • Provide input for drumbeat to drive mental availability calendar.
  • Create visibility in the market through seminars, exhibitions, effective market communication using efficient tools.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Channel Manager position brings proven experience in international channel marketing management along with good knowledge of the B2B and Foodservice market. You are result-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving measurable outcomes. Your excellent influencing skills enable you to communicate convincingly and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners. You are proactive, willing to take ownership of tasks ensuring successful execution. Your ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation structure sets you apart.

  • Proven experience in international channel marketing management
