Position Summary
Oversees the Quality Assurance team in the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing, and report results to ensure a consistent.
Responsibilities
- Ensure ALL processes and procedures comply to Customer’s Skincare products Standards and GMP requirements.
- Able to lead and drive Quality Awareness for GXO team in WH/PA with plans.
- Able to lead and drive for Quality Improvement and Root Cause Investigation for NCR/Customer Complaints to improve KPI performance.
- Lead GMP & GDP Audits for Prod. Assembly and Warehouse.
- Provide Quality Trainings for new or existing employees.
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
- Experience in ISO9001/GMP system. Experience in GMP/GDP/ISO audits.
- Leadership, multitask and energetic to strive for improvement.
Education:
Minimum Diploma (at least 1 yr working exp in Manufacturing) OR Degree with similar working experience
Skills:
Technical Skill Requirements
· Conversant in English & Mandarin to external customers
· PC literate at basic levels
Behavioral Skill Requirements
· Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
· Good team player
