Responsibilities:
1. Respond to inquiries and conducts documentation checks for customers
2. Provide support for documentation related to bank redemptions.
3. Co-ordinate with customers for submission of loan applications and disbursements.
4. Monitor collection of loan repayment
5. Provide support for various office administrative tasks.
Requirements :
· Skilled in written and verbal communication.
· Responsible, meticulous & committed to deadlines.
· Able to take initiative at work and to work independently
· Team player
Work days / hour :
· 5 days work week : Mon to Fri ( 8.30 am to 5:30pm)
