Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and opportunities through strategic outreach efforts targeting both individual adult learners and corporate clients.
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand the unique needs and objectives of potential clients and effectively communicate how our training programs can address their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to customize training solutions for corporate clients based on their specific industry, workforce, and learning objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing learning and development needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- 2-5 year of working experience in Sales and Marketing or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the adult or corporate training sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences, including adult learners, HR professionals, and business leaders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach to driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience in or familiarity with Career Conversion Programmes, Global Ready Talents or related programme would be an advantage.
