We are looking to speak to Cyber Security Architects!
You will be responsible for planning, designing, testing, implementing and maintaining the organization’s network security infrastructure; evaluates the security of the organization's systems for vulnerabilities; participates penetration tests, risk analyses on LANs, WANs, and VPNs; also determines the efficacy and efficiency of routers, firewalls, and comparable systems, also evaluate these systems.
Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Production Support:Provide Level 3 support for network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Architecture Design:Design, develop, and implement secure system architectures that integrate security principles to mitigate risks associated with new technologies and business practices.
Create design artifacts that document security principles and their relation to the overall enterprise system architecture. - Security Reviews and Audits:Conduct routine reviews and audits of infrastructure security systems; maintain comprehensive documentation of security standards and procedures.
Gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s technology and information systems. - Security Planning:Plan, research, and design reliable and flexible security architectures for all IT projects.
- Policy Development:Define, create, implement, and maintain corporate security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among all employees.
- Asset Requirements:Develop security requirements for all IT assets, including routers, firewalls, LANs, WANs, VPNs, and other related devices.
- Installation Oversight:Review and approve the installation of firewalls, VPNs, routers, servers, and IDS technologies.
- Cost Management:Prepare cost estimates for cybersecurity measures and identify potential integration issues.
- Team Guidance:Provide technical guidance and supervision to security teams.
- Awareness Programs:Lead security awareness programs and educational initiatives to enhance the cybersecurity readiness of non-IT personnel.
- Incident Response:Respond promptly to security incidents such as data breaches, viruses, and phishing scams.
- System Updates:Update and upgrade security systems as needed to maintain effectiveness.
Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including the Singapore Compliance manual and financial security regulations to prevent financial crime and fraud.
- Knowledge Maintenance:Maintain appropriate knowledge to be fully qualified for the role, staying updated on relevant laws and industry standards.
- Training:Complete all mandatory training to attain and maintain competence in the role
Requirements
- Experience:Minimum of 8 years managing IT systems environments, with at least 5 years in financial institutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise:Proven expertise in systems, network, and security management.
- Emerging Technologies:Knowledge and hands-on experience with emerging technologies in the IT landscape.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Customer Service Orientation:Strong focus on customer service and a collaborative team player.
- Problem-Solving Ability:Capable of working under pressure, with a strong commitment to resolving issues effectively.

Work Schedule
- Time Zone Requirements:Must be available to work on Paris, New York, and/or Asia time zones.
Typical hours:Summer: 2 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to 1 AM
Winter: 3 PM to 12 AM or 5 PM to 2 AM
Schedule may adjust according to operational needs. - Flexibility:May need to start work earlier or extend hours as necessary.
- On-Call Support:Availability for on-call support during non-business hours and weekends may be required.
Allowance is claimable for these hours.
