Role:
- Oversee vessel operational expenses, including repairs, maintenance, and survey/certification requirements.
- Ensure vessels are fully fit and seaworthy for trading.
- Ensure vessels comply with class, statutory requirements, regulations, and charterer/client requirements.
- Prepare yearly budget requirements for each vessel, seek approvals, and make revisions.
- Monitor and manage vessel Planned Maintenance with Chief Engineers and Chief Officers.
- Analyze technical matters and provide feedback.
- Conduct onboard technical reviews/vessel inspections every 6 months, report to management, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Contribute to QHSE matters in line with the Company’s policy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the marine industry with exposure to technical superintendent tasks.
- Diploma/Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably experience in the Offshore Support Vessel Industry.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel and visit ships in the Southeast East Asia (SEA) Region.
